1. Scope of application: this mixer can be used for mixing solid powder and viscous slurry through different mixing parts. There is no driving part in the cylinder, so there is no need to seal and lubricate, so there is no oil and other pollution in the container. All stainless steel manufacturing, high-quality surface treatment, can fully comply with GMP standards, especially for pharmaceutical, food, battery and other industries with strict impurity control.
2. According to different materials, the mixing components can be composed of forward or reverse spiral in the middle and continuous or disconnected spiral strip in the outer layer. At high speed, the strong mixing effect is gentle but completely mixes the flowable materials at low speed. A large number of materials can be mixed in a short time.
3. The jacket can be added outside the mixer shell for heating and cooling, and the operation of material cooling or heating and drying can be realized by injecting cold and hot medium into the jacket; the cooling water for industrial use is generally pumped, and steam, heat-transfer oil or electric heating can be applied for heating.
4. Feeding mode: the standard top cover is of flat structure, with small feeding opening, which can be fed from the top by means of bucket elevator, auger conveyor, etc. in small-scale production occasions, the cylinder cover can be made into a half open type, so as to facilitate manual feeding and internal cleaning of the equipment.
5. According to the material conditions, the discharge valve can be ball valve, butterfly valve, gate valve, plum valve, manual, pneumatic and other structural forms. In addition, in view of the mixing characteristics of the conical screw belt mixer, it is also suitable for the mixing of flow materials. In this environment, the discharge valve needs to be changed to butterfly valve or ball valve.
6. Self heating mode: when self heating is required, the heating electric coupling is usually inserted at the bottom of the jacket filled with heat transfer oil, which can meet the heating requirements of low heat degree. If possible, users can use the external heating heat transfer oil, and then pump the heat oil into the jacket for circulation, which can ensure that the materials are evenly heated.

1. According to the material characteristics, add appropriate configuration, and combine into a drying and mixing integrated system. Drying by conduction heating has the advantages of high efficiency and energy saving.
2. The cylinder can be designed as a form with a jacket, which is filled with hot and cold media to meet the user's requirements for process temperature control.
